About Rosie

"Helping you fit the Pieces of Life's Puzzle Together"

I believe passionately in being able to make informed choices and decisions. My purpose in the counselling room is to enable you to identify what is keeping you stuck, and working together to sort through what is possible and achievable

I can help you to sort out the pieces of your puzzle and fit them together; setting realistic goals and help you understand your particular strengths and skills which will support you on your journey through life

My background has been working in health and social service settings, with a range of client groups from all ages, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds. My areas of specialty are post natal depression and the ageing process

I have personally experienced

Loss and grief - I have experienced the loss of a child and close family

Divorce and remarriage - rebuilding and moving on

Moving to a new country and starting afresh

          Being a mature student

          Managing change and new challenges

Currently I work in private practice in Paremata (Porirua) and Wellington
